The Tao of You The One-day, Do-it-Yourself, Miracle Manual Designed to Make You an Overnight Success by Dr. J. Kyle Howard is one of the best self-help books I have read in a long time.
The tone and the pace of the book is great, Dr. Howard sets you up to win every time. While reading this you have to focus and be aware of your surroundings at all times. He mentioned quite often that there would be nothing to remember after you finished the book, but that is not the case.
The Tao of You makes you re-evaluate your life, your inner being and analyze all the things that you have endured in life so far. Miracles are within your grasp if you take the time to re-discover you. Learn who you are, what you mean to people and how your interactions with others help you as well as them. The Tao of You is not your average self-help book, there are questions and exercises that you need to complete to help guide you to the new you.
Dr. J Kyle Howard shared a piece of himself in this book as well as helped me to discover why I handled certain situations the way I have and reminded me to be calm and let go of harboring bad feelings. You will learn to let go of grudges and breathe easier. Relief is just a page away. I recommend this book to people who are looking for answers to why me? Readers of all genres will appreciate this work because it is well written, thought provoking and allows you to take a great adventure all within its pages.
